In order to create this environment in which our children can succeed and grow, HVCG employs high quality educators. Our teachers have very diverse backgrounds in the education field, but we all share our passion for working with children.
HVCG Staff
Nicole Ceaser-Owner
Hello! My name is Nicole Ceaser and I am just so excited and passionate about the work I do! I am the owner and director and started this business about 9 years ago out of my home. I have 25 years' experience with children from in-home childcare to center work to nanny work. I have also been part of CASA for Multnomah and Washington Counties. I am the mother of 3 beautiful children that are 13,11 and 9 years old. I also come from a large family with 5 siblings and grew up the eldest daughter and the "second mom" in the household. I just love being a part of making a small difference in the life of a child! In my spare time I spend it pretty much all with my family! I am known to be swimming at the local community center, playing at the coast with my kids or just outdoors enjoying life. Thank you letting me share a small part of who I am with you!

Sarah-Infant Teacher
I'm Ms. Sarah, and I'm so excited to be here at HVCG in the infant room. I recently moved to Oregon from
New York, where I was the Assistant Director and Lead Infant Teacher. I have certifications in advanced infant development, and I find it incredibly rewarding to see babies grow and reach their milestones.
Education is a passion of mine, I have a master's degree in Educational Development. Currently,
I'm working on my second master's degree in Advanced Teaching Methods of Elementary Education.
Teaching both young learners and adult learners has been a great experience for me.
Now, I'm thrilled to be caring for your adorable little ones!

Madison - School Age Teacher
Hello, I am Madison, but your children know me as Mady. I love working with children because it reminds me how amazing and exciting the world can be. Being able to watch them grow and provide a positive role model in their lives. Always learning new ways to help children grow. I have two sons’ Akare and Kaizen. I have 2 girl kitties Kholie and Nova. My dream is to open a daycare for children with disabilities, extra needs, and/or therapy.
Catherine- Float Teacher
My name is Catherine. I have four beautiful children, all under the age of twelve. I've been working with children for over 15 years. My passion has always been working with littles and helping others. I went to school to pursue teaching but then realized I could teach others without having a degree. Since I started having children in my younger years, the daycare setting worked great. I was able to be with my children all while earning an income for my family. One thing I enjoy is watching children get excited when they learn something new. When children are so curious, the way they learn things sometimes teaches me to look at things in a different way which is so cool. Laughter is a huge thing for me too and I love when children say the funniest jokes or make me laugh so hard. Working with children brings me such joy and I couldn't think of a more rewarding career path for myself.
Luke- Float Assistant Teacher
Hi My name is Luke, I love to make arts and crafts, listen to music, and explore creating new things out of old objects. I like to work with kids because they can always find a way to make you look at the world in a different perspective. I also like helping them find new ways to see the world as well.
